"For the most part, the service and things aren’t too terrible. But what I do have an issue with is, it feels like a good amount of the times I go, they seem to have something on the menu they have run out of, machine is broken, etc. So ordering food from here feels like rolling the dice. It’s ridiculous and unacceptable. Management needs to do a better ensuring things are available for their customers. I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue of something I want to order being unavailable in any of the CostCo I’ve been to before."
