"I had a gift card to use. It wouldn't swipe correctly and was given it back. The next day I tried to use it at my local Dunkin and it wouldn't swipe again. But at my local one they took 5 seconds to type the card in and it worked. This one at the airport that had no line when I was there couldn't be bothered to try a little harder, like 5 seconds of effort harder. Side note they were not safe the other day with blocking emergency equipment."
"Donuts are a couple days old. I'm fairly sure that's likely against company policy. So, the fact that all the donuts (7) are not fresh is likely because the workers are LAZY and need to get themselves fired. The one helping has a hearing issue when taking orders but not when chitchatting with other workers. She literally told us she has hearing issues while chating with her coworker"
"The WORST. The lady sold me a strawberry filled donut and it was the stalest donut I ever held in my hand. And I was stupid enough to eat it. Now I severe diarrhea while traveling on planes for 20 hours. Please be careful what you buy and get there."
"Ordered several things based on the menu price. Was told the menu prices are not accurate and that the manager will not change the false advertised prices. A lemonade was 2x more than the menu price. I stood in line for almost 15m to find that out. Ordered a jelly donut. Had a little pea size of jelly in it. Staff was condescending. Really disappointed. Update the menu prices!!!!!!"
