"This morning around 7 am with drive through service . I had hard time hearing the guy that was taken my order , anyway I did . But come to pay the guy was upset with no greeting and confronted me that in the future we have to order from driver side .when I told him that it was hard to hear him then again with angry voice said it was you that was hard to hear . This is not my first order at this location, fix your intercom, get someone to take order that is easy to understand and not wear double mask and very important not NASTY that confronting customers ."
"It's more expensive than it should be but isn't everything these days. Mocha latte was tasty. Staff friendly and order was perfect and pretty fast."
"Lord have mercy, this coffee! Peets coffee is always a win. I get the Havana cappuccino (light on the condensed milk) and the ham and cheese croissant. This place is usually poppin’ and the staff manages a full cafe and long car line quickly and gracefully. My favorite coffee shop in Loudoun. **UPDATE** Shout out all the Peets staff who helped make my daughter’s birthday a beloved memory! My husband dropped off a gift at the Ryan Road location and a staffer (I don’t know who he is but he has clearly been training for this role for a lifetime) pretended to know it was my daughter‘s birthday and gave it to her during our drive-through order. She talked about it all day! It was the highlight of her birthday which she said was the best ever! thank you, thank you, thank you!"
"This store is amazing! It has a busy drive-through and seating for 25 comfortably. The employees are amazing, fun, excited about working and take customer service seriously. The place is amazingly clean and an interesting group of customers who are , diverse, respectful and pleasant! This is one of the best Peet’s store I’ve visited and highly recommend!"
"This is a nice Peets coffee with a drive through which is what we usually do. They do have both indoor and outdoor seating if you are looking for a place to sit and work or just relax. I took off one star because they always seem to be out of multiple items we want to order. No difference this time, but we’re used to it so we had back up options. Service is friendly and reasonably fast and they get the order right. The drinks are really good - and they’ve got all the alternative milks so you can customize away."
