"Updated review after previously leaving one star: It seems that the previous staff members who were problematic at this location are no longer there. Every time I have been to this location recently, everyone has been wonderful. So glad I can return to my usual dunkin runs because I prefer to not have to overspend at Starbucks for lesser quality!"

"I came by to order 10 dozens. I walked out in 40 mins...it took way too long.. I felt sorry for the cashier because he was doing all the jobs while some other people just looking at him and not helping out."

"Drive thru order was completely wrong. I ordered breakfast sandwich and requested no egg. I pay for my food and was given a bag and left. After opening the bag I find several items that I didn’t even order and eggs were included in my sandwich. Completely wrong."

Unclear if this is due to a lack of care and attention, or outright, given frequency of mishaps. Employees couldn’t seem less friendly or “thrilled” to be working at this location, which I could almost oversee if my order were ever properly prepared.. Hope to see this team find some motivation and improve substantially."

"Pleasant atmosphere to be able to sit down to eat and drink something. What I found strange is the slow speed with which they take your order and deliver your order. We wait a lot for our order more than 10 min. They forgot a chocolate coffee we had to show our receipt to the staff for them to take the order. Frustrating"
