"I ordered over the app about 5-10 minutes before showing up. I waited at the drive through for 2 minutes in silence, periodically calling out "hello" no one answered. So, I went inside. All four ladies looked at me waiting by the moible order pick up and said nothing. So I moved to the register and still no one approached. I'm frustrated bc I too am working very early hours in the morning so I get it and I come from a background of food industry. This is a terrible reflection of service from Dunkin and the morning team makes me want to order elsewhere."
"Drive-thru line was not well thought out. It blocks the entrance to the mall. Went inside and the only three tables are dirty. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and got what's in the picture. I prefer the Dunkin on Timonium."
"Love this new Dunkin' that replaces the 10000 York Rd location. Update: This is still a great place for coffee of all types, good breakfast foods and sandwiches all day and a friendly staff. Even the Dunkin supply tractor trailer drivers were friendly when I stopped in early this week."
"I’ve lived in the Cockeysville, MD area for 10+ years and have been coming to this location for about the same amount of time. If you are familiar with the area then you know there are about 4 other Dunkin’ locations up and down york road. All the way up to Hunt Valley, there is another one past The Timonium Fair Grounds and another one is all the way down york road off of the corner intersection of York Road and Seminary Avenue. There is also another Dunkin’ in the Towson area past the Towson Town Mall. This particular Dunkin’ recently moved to a brand new location and had a gran opening celebration on March 17th! No matter what Dunkin’ I visit, my coffee just never seems to taste the same. However, the manager Rupal (I’m pretty sure I butchered the spelling of her name so please forgive me) makes my coffee right every time! The customer service at this location is wonderful and the service their customers super fast! This location will always be my first choice for my morning fix of coffee."
