"Every-time I get any drink its disgusting. They are making the drinks wrong because when I get them at any other location the drinks are grand. I would skip this location and find another starbucks nearby"

"unless you’re planning on getting to the store 30 minutes after you place you’re order to go inside and pick it up, just go through the drive thru. these employees do not understand time management or efficiency. every time i order at least in the evening it takes, no lie i can show receipts, over 30 minutes to have my single drink made, and it’s not like i have tons of modifications, just oatmilk. but i digress; i can see tens of cars going through the drive thru and most times i think it’d be quicker and im sure it is to walk back out, get into my car and go around but i don’t want to have to do that. Don’t go thinking this is from one experience, i have been coming to this location for well over a year and it has not failed once that this happens, but each time i give them the benefit of the doubt. i know it’s just coffee but you cannot disagree 20, 30 minutes for a drink is at all reasonable. i want to see them do better not just for me but so no one else leaves a review like this"

"We went through the drive through and the driver. Did not hear anyone speak, so they continued on. When she got to the window, the girl. There was very pleasant and said that she would place her order now. But someone came up to her And never looked at us, but gave her a talking too with much disapproval on their face. She explained that we would have had to go around and start over if we did not place the order on the microphone. I told her thank you for your kindness. Where we come from that, we will take your order at the window. I guess this Starbucks is a lot more special than those in the South.."

"This is my favorite Starbucks!! Everyone I've interacted with here is so kind and friendly. Incredibly personable!!! They all have cool hair and seem genuinely happy to be working here. They always get my order fast and packed clean. When I found out that caffeine was bad for me to take while on my new medicines, the cashier in the drive through window really helped me figure out a nice warm drink that compares to my normal order. I've found new favorites from the suggestions of the baristas and cashiers here, and I really appreciate the whole vibe. I really hope my friends here are getting paid well for their work, they all really deserve it!"

"New Starbucks in Hunt Valley! The valley was devoid of the 'bucks for too long. This one opened recently and has a nice layout with lots of seating. My coffee was on point today, as were the staff. Pretty solid for week one!"
