"The worker there got my order wrong 2 times. He doesn't know the recipe to my drinks. I ordered a Grande Strawberry Frappe-chino, with no whip cream, 2 pumps of vanilla syrup, and more strawberry purée. Instead he have me a frozen pink drink, strawberry puree, and 2 pumps of vanilla syrup. Before, I ordered a Mango, Passion fruit drink. The first time I ordered this he gave me it with passion fruit, the next time I ordered the same drink, he didn't add the passion fruit. Please train him again. Thanks."
"I usually get a white chocolate mocha with almond milk. I really like this location. Carter and Dante are the best. They both are very friendly and make good drinks!"
"This is the few branches that is open their normal hours from other stand alone Starbucks coffee shops in the area. The closest starbucks have again reduced their hours considerably. Find it that they now close at 1:30pm way to soon."
"This is a good place to go for a cup of coffee or tea. I like to go there to meet with clients. In general it is a very congenial place to meet with friends. I am not that crazy about the food that is served there, it does not appeal to me. But the atmosphere of the place is good for what I need it to do for me."
"Hit or miss in terms of how well they make your drink. Sometimes it doesn't taste great especially if I order something custom. It seems like the baristas aren't retained as long as in other Starbucks I've been to. However, customer service is good. Another thing they could improve is keeping menu items in stock. Imo the starbucks in Safeway is better, but missing the coffee shop ambiance of course. In the evening it can get pretty noisy with small children, just fyi."
