"I visited tropical smoothie Cafe 2x. The first time, customer service was excellent. The cashier was very knowledgeable of the sugar-free, energy, detox vegetable drinks. But my second visit was not so great. The cashier charged me a tip fee that I did not consent to and when I brought it to her attention she asked another employee for assistance with my concern. Then, ignored me and proceeded to complete other food and drink orders as I stood at the counter waiting for a partial refund for the overcharge."
"I had a wonderful experience here. It was my first time here, and I asked the nice guy working there what he recommended, and he suggested a Bahama mama, but I was also hungry, so he suggested to me the baja chicken wrap. So I took it and it and my order was very fast. The smothie was very good, and the wrap was crisp, just how I liked it. I'm definitely coming back soon!"
"Love this little healthy cafe! I have been here several times for a smoothie and ordered salads for delivery. Everything is delicious and affordable! They offer breakfast all day (only about 5 things on that menu, but they don't disappoint). Small location so just 2-3 small tables for 2 people only. Not set up for a larger group to eat in. Service is always fast and their smoothies are affordable, one size and they have lots of add-ons, like whey protein or fruit. Super tasty and great value! Highly recommended!"
"I ordered a smokey grilled cheese from here, and among the food options on it I pick no bacon. I picked up the order and look at the labels and it says no bacon. I get home open the food and bacon in it. It's so frustrating because by the time I got home and I checked on my food by physically opening it I got met with something I did not want and made the food unedible for me. Not cool at all."
"I ordered Mango Berry Cosmo Smoothie. It was delicious. The sugar straw is interesting. It is working as a straw. It is very heavy. Since I want to avoid taking more sugar I didn’t use/eat the sugar straw."
