"The Harris Teeter Starbucks in Clarksburg Village is the absolute worst! They mess up every order I place. Now if I wasn’t paying $10 for a custom order I wouldn’t be so upset. I complained to the company and to the store and they don’t care at all. FYI if you order on the app give them 30min to make it even though the app says 3-7 min bc you will stand there waiting and they will still make it wrong"

"This Starbucks is inside the store so sometimes absolutely no line and you can order and get your drink in no time and sometimes there is 3-4 people in line and it takes a while to clear up since there's usually one barista or two max serving everyone. Overall it's Starbucks and everything as you'd expect. Whatever the Starbucks doesn't carry, you can find it in the store itself since it's part of Harris Teeter."

"I'm there almost every day. The individuals who work there are wonderful. I always order ahead and only a few times has my order not been ready. If it's not then someone usually sees me and gets my order immediately. Friendly and courteous are only two of the words that best describe the entire staff."

"I’ve been to this Starbucks many times over the years and they’ve never disappointed. I went again earlier today and the staff was so polite! I would mention them if I could remember their names, but the woman who was at the register was very outgoing and polite, and had a genuine smile while taking my order. The man who made the drinks was very amicable and made friendly conversation with other customers. They deserve a 5/5 rating, and I’ll be happily going to this location many more times in the future!"
