"This Starbucks has got to be the worst and slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Drinks consistently taste like they were made wrong, and for whatever reason they take FOREVER. I’ve yet to spend less than 15 min in the drive thru. Inside is worse. The other day they made drinks in about 10 min, not horrible I guess, but then took an additional 25 min to give us cake pop and a couple sandwiches. Definitely would not recommend if you’re ever in a time crunch."

"*** Buyer beware *** I ordered Jade Citrus Mint tea, usually around $2.50. Employee was overcharging me, asking for $5.80. When I asked why, they said because they "don't have a button to ring the tea" and they have to charge me that amount. I mentioned to them they're overcharging all customers ordering hot tea, they didn't seem to care, a non issue for the staff. I asked if they could find another way to charge me the correct amount. They said I would have to talk to their corporate people but I need to pay the $5.80. Wait ... WHAT ??? I'm not gonna get robbed out of my hard earned money. AVOID this location, but if you have to visit this store please be aware of the amounts they're charging you, don't let them rob you."

"I come to this Starbucks all the time because it’s near my work, and I always look forward to getting my iced chai tea. Today, I ordered their Gingerbread Chai Tea latte and it was straight up milk. Naturally, I took it back in for them to remake it because I paid nearly $7 for a chai tea, not milk! The girl behind the counter was nice but in a condescending way and said “well it’s made with a lot of milk” and pushed the drink back at me when I insisted it had no chai flavor at all. I gave them 3 stars only because the other girl that remade my drink was exceptionally nice and understanding. The short, Hispanic cashier with black glasses, with a pompous attitude, should be fired. This isn't the first time they've handed someone a chai tea that was nothing but milk."

"Came to this Starbucks with my husband, this sweet girl named Jenny took our order and she surely has a sunshine of personality! She memorizes our usuals really fast and always tries to make us laugh, happy to say she actually cares about her customers and takes time to get to know them. Definitely would be coming for the holidays to say hi again."

"Came in here looking for the Been there series mug, which was not available- bummer! But we ended up getting some drinks and a cake pop for my son. Service was friendly. Restroom were clean. I loved the layout of this Starbucks. Very spacious and lots of seating if one needs to come work or just hand out with friends."
