"I hope a manager sees this so they can thank their team. I just came through around 12pm and I don’t know the name of the person who is at the window right now but every time I go there and they're working I always have good service and my drink is always good and made correctly. I used to work at a dunkin so it just makes my coffee 10x more enjoyable. I don’t know how they feel about us customers but it seems like they care. And when the person was taking my order I was being kind of slow but they were patient and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother unlike some other places. Thank you!"
"The best Dunkin in this area. I will travel out of the way to go to this Dunkin. They actually make snackin bacon the way it’s supposed to be made. Other Dunkin’s put little to no seasonings on their bacon- or they make it as it’s ordered and burn it to a crisp. This Dunkin makes it best and is generous with the amount given. Always consistent! Love my oak ridge Dunkin!"
"Stopped by in the AM hours - great service and experience. Stopped by again in the afternoon (3:40pm on August 20th to be exact). Zero customer service. No “thank you”, “can I help you”, etc. Will drive the extra distance to visit a different location next time."
"I am so disappointed I just spent 30.00 on a dozen donuts , 2 large cold brew & asked to pay for extra cold foam and the young girl looked at me and walked away for a few minutes band came back with the same amount and I don’t usally complain but to treat me like I am I wouldn’t notice is not great customer service. so another girls comes over and was just as rude. I ask to pay extra for what I wanted."
"We've been RVing the entire US for a year now and this Dunkin gets top marks. Even though it was slammed, the staff had their service down like a well-oiled machine. Our (big) order was correct, food was hot, drinks perfect. Well done!"
