"Super fast service (depending on time and day) even when it’s busy. There’s always multiple workers so you get your order fast. Everything I order is delicious and worth my money. The drive through is a huge bonus so when I’m rushing to work I have enough time to get a bagel."
"on 12 -13 approx 12:50p I went through the drive threw and placed an order-- sesame bagel w/ cream cheese, everything bagel w/ cream cheese , A small hot tea 1 sugar milk....my order totally wrong both bagels toasted, got coffee instead of tea. total using a card $9.88 I got home and tried to call and figured NO one will answer the phone.... great CS and company. I AM not driving back to stop in the store for a credit. UNBELIEVABLE --- hope they read this...the next time I come in I hope to speak to the manager.... WAIST !!!!"

"It's hilarious! I've lived here in Monticello for 3 years now and never tried this place until now! The lines were always so long and so I always pushed it off. I regret not trying it sooner! I see now why they have so much business! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. So delicious! Very tasty! The service is also top notch! The staff are friendly, efficient, and fast! The way they run things is very organized and orderly. I only deducted a point for not being able to order hot food at the drive thru. I guess I understand it, it definitely helps the line to move quicker but it would be nice! I will definitely be coming back!"
