"If I could give 0 stars I would. The app to upload documents don't work, so therefore, screwed up my advance refund. Even though I told the secretary and tax prep I wanted to get the tax refund, the secretary even asked me a 3rd time and I said yes. Trying to call or email them and get a response is ridiculous, you gotta call them 10 times and they still got it wrong. I've stayed with them for all these years. Next time I'm going to someone else. I still have no response on last year's taxes that need amended, even though I asked 4 times that I help with it cause I'm owed money from last years."

"For $250 I except some semblance of security. My wife and I filed our taxes recently here. Its an open room concept, and my social security number was clearly overheard in the waiting room. On the very same day of leaving our appointment someone fraudulently filed an unemployment claim under my SSN and identity. Perhaps invest in a small keypad to give to your clients in order to enter extremely sensitive information like a social security number. Very dissapointed to say the least."
