"This is our second year going to HR Block to help with our taxes. This year we had Kate Flanagan as our expert and she truly is that. I went around 2023 to discover a career. That meant I had a lot of W2s for her. We spent time reviewing everything and she had no issues with taking the time to explain things to us. We also bought a house and thought that would make things more complicated for our taxes, but it didn’t! At the end of the tax session we went to pay and their computer was down to take payment. Kate emailed me at 10 walking me through the steps to pay online. We really enjoyed working with her and hope we have her again next year!"

"Says walk in welcome. They are not. Then said they are completely booked. Call another one and got appt for next day. Second the web site says opens early. They do not open til 10. Lady was very snobby at desk."

"They lack of customer service (i.e., not friendly and exhibit arrogance), they often have computer issues (which prolongs your appointment), and they do not seem to know what they are doing anyway in regards to filing taxes - always asking each other what do. I will not go back to this H&R Block and I do not recommend this H&R Block to anyone."
