"Attempted to establish as a patient. Was given an appointment which was confirmed and I was reminded about. Upon arrival, I was ignored and eventually discovered my therapist was in fact double booked and had no knowledge of my appt.... even though I filled out all paperwork and received multiple reminders. I am disappointed to say the least and will be going elsewhere."
