"I felt very invalidated by Dr. Rice and like she wasn’t hearing what I was saying, only picking out bits and pieces and fixating on those even though I had more pressing issues. Half of our sessions were spent in silence staring at each other and she was falling asleep in the other half."

"While on a Zoom session, Dr. Rice repeatedly nodded off and fell asleep to the point of snoring - only woke up when I called the office. During one instance she nodded off/ fell asleep mid-sentence. When she woke up she started re-asking all the questions we already discussed. She fixated on an issue I said I didn't want to discuss at that particular session and made it clear she already had made up her mind about an incredibly complex decades long situation with only one or two sentences on my part. I was insulted and offended. She should not be offering counseling if she cannot figure out how to stay awake or actively listen."

"This counseling service was not good at all. Ms. Rice would fall asleep a lot during our sessions. I do not think she was very effective. I would not recommend her to anyone. Nice women but very poor and non-professional service was provided by her. She fall asleep during issues I really thought were importmant. Not only did she do this to me but My Child had to see her and my child said the same thing. Waste of time."
