"I'm very disappointed with this location. I bought flowers to be delivered to my coworkers at work while I was on the road doing my job, hopefully to return and share a happy moment, spent 50 bucks and whatnot, come to find out they did make the delivery but they never gave my co-workers any details of who it came from, the note that I left, none of it. I understand it's the busy time of year, I get it, but as someone who also works in customer service, when you screw up you find ways to make it up to the customer, whether it's crediting them 10 bucks, giving them free flowers next time, I don't know, something. Not just we're sorry because it's busy, that's not acceptable. It is busy, however it's busy every time of year around this time, so you should be better prepared and know better. Get the job done right and not make excuses. Not especially in a day and age where there's plenty of other florists popping up. Very sad day too because I've always been a giant fan of Royer's. But y'alls poor job ruined what should've been a great moment. PS. Funnily enough in the ordering screen it even asks you if you want to add a salutation, I added a salutation, Mister. Apparently, it's "Mr. doesn't have a name to be delivered with his flowers." SMH"
"today was my fathers funeral and I ordered over the phone for a 1/2 casket spray . It was beautiful. so many people who attending the funeral commented on how beautiful it was. I highly recommend using Royers for any event or occasion. you get what you pay for . Thank you to the staff at Royers"
