"Extremely Rude. I am not one to ever complain or leave a bad review, but I called because online it showed that they were open. The woman that answered the phone just said, "Hello" and I wasn't even sure I had the right number, so I asked and she rudely said yes. When i asked if she had a particular plant available for purchase, she rudely said no and said they closed as of 12pm (20 minutes prior to me calling). I politely apologized and told her that it showed online that they are open till 6pm. She then snapped at me and said "well it's Christmas eve and it's a Sunday" and then hung up on me. I would never conduct business this way. Obviously I know what day it is and that it's Christmas eve, I only called because online it said they were open. The way she treated me was uncalled for and unecessary, and on the eve of Christmas nonetheless. I know the holidays can be stressful, but there's no excuse for her conducting business that way. I will never call there again."
