"Like many people, I decided to use our Covid-19 incarceration as productively as possible. One goal I set was to address what had become a chronic problem - waking up every hour of every night! The bed looked like a a tornado had hit from all of my tossing and turning. I do not remember how, but I stumbled on the concept of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy applied to Insomnia (CBT-i). It is deemed to be more effective than any medication so I searched for someone to coach me through that process. I found Annie and I wish I had done it sooner! Within a few weeks, I had put the fretful nights in the rear view mirror and I was getting larger blocks of uninterrupted sleep. At this writing, I go to bed confident that I will fall asleep and mostly stay asleep. I really enjoyed all of my sessions with Annie. She was both informative and compassionate. I was sorry to say goodbye but she got me to the point where I can truly take it from here on my own! Whether you are getting poor sleep because you are stressed or (equally likely) stressed because you are getting poor sleep, I would urge you to try CBT-i with a therapist like Annie."
