"Unprofessional and careless, I Never experienced such a poorly managed healthcare office! I called for an appointment and some medical tests, and they took all my health situation information, including my credit card information. It took me two hours to answer their questions, only to set up an appointment. On the morning of the appointment, they called and canceled and said we would contact you to reschedule, and nothing happened after that! After two weeks, I still can not even get them to talk. I was wondering if it's scamming at all."
