"After a month of recovery time following a foot surgery, I was informed by my surgeon that I would need 6-8 weeks of physical therapy to restore my mobility and muscle strength. Being in my seventies I was apprehensive committing to such an extensive therapy routine. However, after my first session at Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness center, located at 15850 Crabbs Branch Way, Suite 120, Rockville, MD 20855, all my skepticism was put to rest. "I have been coming here for about 7 weeks after getting an injury on my shoulder (rotator cuff issue). The pain was not only interfering with the range of movements I could perform, but also with my ability to sleep; I had pain all night long. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, in particular Noah, the PT who worked with me. He has a ton of knowledge of how the body works, and explained everything along the way answering all my questions and clearly demonstrating all the exercises. In the first two weeks I really did not notice any improvements, so was skeptical that the exercises were working. But then, I started noticing small improvements, and my shoulder pain really improved dramatically, up to the point I can say today I have some residual discomfort, but I can sleep easily again. Unfortunately Noah is leaving the practice today, so I will have to continue with another PT, but at this point I have cut down the number of appointments from 2 a week to 1 a week, and will probably be done in the next month. Very professional PTs and staff. Totally recommend it!"

"I have had an awesome experience at Forever Fit Rockville! I came in with an old knee injury that I wasn’t sure could be treated, but Jess has been extraordinary. She’s very patient, walks you through every single exercise and she explains why you are doing it, and is quick to issue praise for progress. After only a few short weeks with her I’ve seen a lot of progression in my knee strength and I’ve learned how to move better overall. The actual office is also very clean and functional (see photos). I really enjoyed coming into a place that had all the equipment I needed and felt sterile. I saw Jess clean stations before and after every appointment that I attended and that was very reassuring. This was my first experience with physical therapy and it has been a great one! I’d highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a kind, patient physical therapist and awesome front desk staff."
