Moving Forward: Therapy & Coaching is a health institution located at 1680 East Gude Drive in Rockville, Maryland, United States. Our mission is to help individuals, couples, and families navigate through relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions to achieve emotional well-being and personal growth.

Our experienced team of clinicians and coaches offer a safe space for partners to heal and grow together, guidance during separation and divorce, and support in fostering nurturing relationships with children. We also provide therapy for individuals struggling with mental health issues, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

We offer services for parents struggling with effective parenting, individuals going through divorce, clients healing from trauma, and clinicians seeking supervision and practice coaching. Our practice is inclusive and welcoming to individuals and couples from LGBTQ and BIPOC communities.

In addition, we provide supervision for therapists seeking licensure and coaching for setting up or expanding therapy practices. Our EMDR consultants offer certification groups and individual consultations to help therapists stay at the forefront of therapeutic methods.
