"Remembering to relax their pelvic floor was amazing. Sometimes with potty training it can be easy to become impatient, especially if it feels like they are using it as a means to delay nap/bed. But the technique of blowing air out of their mouth, was a great tip. I potty trained 2 kids previously who are now 15 and 13 y/o but this tip to help them relax was so beneficial for our 2 year old. "I cannot recommend Allison enough. Not only did she put together customized plans for my twins, she offered help along the way to ensure we succeeded both during the day and at night. Allison has an educated approach to potty training - but also offers practical advice as she is a mom herself. Potty training twins can be tough but she recognized that each child is an individual and made plans that were customized as such (but were also congruous which was helpful for me). I will definitely use her again once we need to potty train our youngest. Her books are also super helpful!"
