"I have been a long time patient at WMPS. I had the best care with Dr Teubner until he retired. He referred me to see their psychologist Dr Frank. The first visit he recommended DBT that I underwent in 2017. It was the best treatment recommendation ever. I continue monthly sessions with Dr Frank. He has been a tremendous help and provides VALIDATION! The office staff, specifically Jackie is always pleasant and helpful. I am astounded by all of the negative reviews. Sure there were some issues with changes in doctors for RX management , (RIP, Dr Funk) however what business in today’s world isn’t going through changes. Dr Frank along with ongoing education with DBT skills is the best thing that ever happened to me. Thank you so much."

"Has gone way downhill. Doc misses or is late to scheduled online appointments. They just left me without medication that I've been on for 10 years, doesn't return calls for over a week, then tells me to call back Monday. Of course she's not even in on Monday when I call back. People depend on their providers for medication and support, so there's not much point if they are never there when scheduled or needed."

"I have been going here for 10+ years. Couple months ago my appointment with my psychiatrist was canceled as he left. So I was able to get medication refill. Well now I need to see an M.D. and am told none are taking new patients. HOLD ON I should have priority and I should hsve been offered the option to switch M.D.s! So now what? Poorly managed. I need help and because my Dr decided to leave I am left hanging without even being notified."

"I have been going here for 4 years. This is the first year I've had issues, probably because the person answering the phone, Jennifer, is extremely rude and doesn't let me finish a sentence. I called to get a refill for 3 weeks. Now I'm suffering symptoms and they claim they never got my calls. I pulled my call logs, 3x a day for 3 weeks and they hung up on me. The front end ruins good doctors who try to care but can't because the front end doesn't pass on messages."
