"Please do not waste your time contacting this fruit loop. He will waste your appt times talking about him self and his problems the whole time. He will serenade you with his guitar and make you listen to his horrific music he has recorded and all awhile on your time. He speaks so fast you really cant understand half of what he says. I have never in my life met a health care professional act so unprofessional and have so many psychological issues of their own. This is coming from someone who was a patient for over 2 years mainly because it was convenient and it was to hard to find another counselor that would except my insurance so I dealt with him. He doesn’t return phone calls when he says he will, and you better forget about getting him to sign or fill out any type of paper work if you need it for work or anything in that matter. He just recently decided to up and take off for several weeks because he finally got his loan to build his house after over a year of waiting. And yes I know this because thats all he talks about is himself. He just took off with no phone calls to explain or reschedule appointments with scheduled clients. Please just take my word for it and find another Dr."
"I am extremely disappointed with the way I've been treated by the reception staff. I'm a new patient and had a death in the family, so was forced to reschedule two appointments to attend the funeral and support my family. The receptionist, Angie, was impolite, curt, and refused to let me reschedule. I understand there are policies in place regarding this, but at the time I canceled the appointment, she did not tell me I wouldn't be accepted as a patient because of the cancellations. A hint of kindness goes a very long way when people are calling for help. I'm really in crisis, and I need help. Unfortunately, I will not get it here. I heard great things about Dr. Grey, and am profoundly saddened that I won't get to meet him."
