"I didnt get my gift card. I've been with you people for 19 years. Your tax preparer was trying to say that l was self employed. I work at walmart. I was being over charged for bbn my taxes I told her so. I was very disappointed. I may go to some one else next year."

"To bad I can’t give them a no star review. So I just went to have my taxes do there because for 37 years off my life my mom has always used them and I did myself for a few years. I was charged over $400 for them to file for me. I had a friend that did hers elsewhere made almost double what I did this year and got back double what I did. This place is a joke. I would strongly suggest finding somewhere else to file if you can’t just use turbo tax for around $100-$150"
