"This is the 2nd time this year they've put the wrong tires on my car. The 1st time I thought it was an honest mistake but I went to them today to get two 2 new front tires...they didn't have my tire size. So instead of being honest, they put the wrong size on purposely. When I questioned them, they argued me up and down that I was wrong. I've been going to them for the past 6 yrs but they have gone down hill over time. Lying and scamming just to make quick $$"

"I went here after visiting Pep Boys and receiving an estimate of more than $250 to replace one tire. Harbor Tire was fast and reasonable. They do charge a small percentage to use a credit card, but my entire bill was less than $150. No complaints."

"I went by 2 days ago during my lunch break. I needed a plug on 1 tire. The previous places I’ve been to charged $25. The owner looked at me & said the cost would be $40 to plug 1 tire!!! He saw my reaction and then said “fine I’ll do it for $30….” The person working on my tire took my tire to the back of their shop where customers are unable to see the work that’s been done. The place is literally blocked with mountains of tires. THEN the owner charged a % for customers who use a credit/bank card. The person who was serviced before me was charged $90+. He was surprised. The owner recommended he go to an atm across the street - where the atm will charge a fee to withdraw + NOT one sign in the establishment to inform customers of the additional charge. Never going back & definitely NOT recommending this business. The place is a rip-off!!!"

"Good men. Here to help. And sell tires. Also my battery died while I was here and they didn't have a battery charger but they still helped me out in trying to get my battery started for my car. Good people here. Not all people are helpful. Once they're done business with you, everything is yours to handle but after I got my tires and paid they still were willing to help me with my battery being dead"
