"We left H&R BLOCK TO COME TO JACKSON HEWITT. NOT ONLY ARE THEIR FEES ASTRONOMICAL BUT THEY ARE NOT HONEST WITH YOU DURING THE APPOINTMENT OR WHEN TRYING TO RECEIVE CUWTOMER SERVICE AFTER THEIR MESS UP'S. WE EVEN PURCHASED INSURANCE TO SHEILD US IF THEY MESSED UP OR THE GOVERNMENT DID! Long story short the don't warn or call you when the need to about new things a tax pqyer should be looking for. They take no accountability in their actions or the insanity rude staff. The district manager who should be professional and a solution seeker is a nightmare. The woman who actually did our taxes is an obvious snake oil sales person! H&R block was horrible and jackson hewitt is completely aweful. $600 in fees and you can't speak to someone with a little kouth. If you want to pay someone to do your taxes Only to get treated like your nothing and you don't pay their salary inadvertently. They have no customer service skills, communication skills, and they certainly don't respect their customers or are honest at all with them."
