"Very unprofessional business owner ! While ordering flowers for our mothers' funeral service, she spoke very unprofessional because she did not like the funeral home that we were going to use. She used vulgar language while complaining about the funeral director. We were grieving, not in a right state of mind. Knowing that we had a lot to do, we placed an order and left. It was a Saturday, nowhere else was opened. We then went to the funeral home to pick out the casket , white with pink accents. We called her back because the color of the flowers we ordered would not match. Her words were, " Why would you pick a pink casket ? Was it discounted? " What professional business would ask a grieving family that ? She did change the color of the flowers after going back and forth and she didn't want us to cancel our order, which we should of. When we arrived at the funeral home the day of the viewing and saw the quality of the arrangements, we were upset. There were more filler than flowers. The flowers were broken, and she didn't even have them in an urn. The funeral home used theirs. I did step away and try to call / message her with no response back. The next day, she left a letter at the funeral home that had a cc with my name. I never received a copy of this letter. I feel we were victims of poor service because of her personal feelings with funeral home. ( Which she asked why are we using them , she doesn't like him ). My advice is to use another florist when needed."

"I've hired Patti almost a year ago for my upcoming wedding this October. After reading some of the reviews posted, I feel the need to give others my opinion on the quality of her work and the caliber of her service. My wedding is not until a month from now, but since I've hired her on my fiancé has worked with her on my anniversary bouquet, as well as my bridal shower flowers. The flowers were fresh and gorgeous! Vibrant in color. The arrangements were beautiful, classy, and to point out - very sturdy. Patti has been very accommodating, professional, and knowledgable in her field. Quick to respond to my emails and messages, and that's if I don't already catch on her on the phone. She's very available for her customers. If you are the type of patron to just want your florist to do what you want her to do even though you have no idea what you're talking about, then go to your nearest grocery store for your flowers. Otherwise, if you want your arrangements to look elegant and stunning, I highly recommend Muetzel's. 12/7/2018- Wanted to review Patti's work for my wedding. I can't say enough nice things! My flowers were absolutely stunning! From my centerpieces to decorations to my handheld bouquet, everything is a 10! I wish I could post photos to do it justice. My guests were commenting on how beautiful my flowers were and how they'd never seen blooms so big! you won't be disappointed!"

"Patti was wonderful from the planning process to the wedding to the freeze drying. She was very helpful when making our selections and gave her honest opinion on what flowers would hold up well for our late June wedding. I loved working with her and even when I panicked that my bridesmaid dresses were a different color than I thought, Patti assured me my flowers would still match but would absolutely change the colors if that made me feel better. I had a lot of questions and she always responded promptly and politely. Such a great experience!!"
