"I called and asked how long do your hanging baskets lasts, the Manager says all summer. Well I have 3 dead ones and 1 was a gift for my mom. They were $115.26 and they did give me a free 10" one. Don't buy nothing from here because if you have a problem they don't care at all."

"Had a good experience at the yard picking out stone mulch, Friendly helpful courteous. Delivery was a completely different experience. Driver never unhooked the doors when he raised the bed to dump. Things happen no big deal. Had to unload all 6 tons by hand. When we called management, not even an apology, in fact he was trying to make it our fault. Had to fight to just get delivery charge removed. So once they have your money they don't care. Very poor business practice. I will never go back."

"Bought four yards of gravel for delivery. Asked to be called first cause of the delivery location. Person at the office stated would be no problem to deliver on the grass. I specifically asked for the truck to not go on my concrete driveway. I received no call. The driver would not deliver on the grass. The driver was very rude. The driver pulled his truck on my driveway which I specifically asked to not do. Overall awful experience. This location used to care about their customers now they just promise one thing and do another. Went back to get a refund and the delivery driver claimed he had to drive over my septic field which is a complete lie as the septic field is on the opposite side of the property ."

"They have a variety of cornstalks, pumpkins, and bails of straw. They put plastic in the back of SUV before filling it with the straw bails. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks Deb.!"
