"Unauthorized credit card charge. Called to purchase flowers to be sent to my parents for there 60th wedding anniversary. We argeed on 75 to 100 dollars for the arrangement. The person on the phone took my credit card information, we discussed what kind of flowers and colors. Took mine and parents phone number. They agreed to call me back with the final price and send a picture. I called the next day, states she order the flowers but will not have the final price untill they come in. The bottom line they delivered to my parents a beautiful flower arrangement for there wedding anniversary without informing me of the final price. I called the florist and was informed the cost was 267 dollars. Way above my budget. They said they can go pick up the flowers from my parents and make a smaller arrangement. Yah, no. Would not make a concession on the price. Poor communication that caused this . Did not know someone can charge over the agreed budget and there is nothing you can do .Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. It would be nice if they reduced the price."
