"I had one visit with Dr. Moola and was very impressed during my wellness visit. However if you need an appointment due to an urgent need forget about it. They gave me an appointment for 45 days later. After 7 days of trying w/o resolution or another Dr. in the practice. I have found a new doctor. I have never been so ignored by a professional physician in this manner ever. I did get an appt with NP diagnosis without treatment ! I needed to see a doctor tried repeatedly."

"I had the great fortune of being Dr. Moola’s patient a few years ago for two pregnancies and I can’t recommend her enough! She is so kind and caring (Dr. Holmberg was incredible as well) and yes, the admin office team does lack some professionalism and competency at times, but Dr. Moola’s care is worth the trouble! I’ve since moved a few hours away and can’t return to her anymore, but I do find myself at least twice a year googling her name to see if she magically opened her own practice closer to where I live now. She is the best!!"

"I am very happy with my doctors at this OBGYN. Dr. Moola and Dr. Patel are great. The administrative team is horrible though. 1. When I needed to get my mammogram they kept re-entering the wrong date for the doctors referral. I need to call several times to get that corrected and went to the hospital 2x and waiting for nothing. 2. When my insurance changed they accidentally checked the box to not have my bills submitted to my insurance. 2 months later I am still chasing after my money because Inova claimed that they sent my check but I never received anything (why don't they just refund my CC?!) I also had to follow up several times. 3. I told the nurse/assistant that my pharmacy changed and gave her the right location and address. Today they sent my prescription to my old pharmacy. I honestly don't know what's going on in their system or why they ask me all these questions if it doesn't do anything at the end anyways. Absolutely frustrated with the staff at this location and the continuous clerical errors at this location."

"Dr Moola was on call when I came to the hospital to deliver. I never met her but she was so positive and reassuring from the get go. This was my first delivery, she walked me through every step of the way. The most amazing part was that she stayed with me for about 2 hours of active labor (which doesn’t typically happen). She was encouraging, positive, motivating, gave all the treatment options. We both wanted me to avoid a csection but weren’t sure if it was going to be possible, together we made it happen, without her I think my delivery would have had a different ending! I am very grateful that she was my doctor!"

"Dr. Moola is excellent. She delivered my first baby and i’m seeing her again for my second. she has an amazing bedside manner, and really cares about her patients. I always feel super comfortable with her and trust her completely!"
