"This is a horribly shady company that will scam you into trusting them. The sales pitch is amazing, they offer promises and security to all of your concerns and then when it comes time to inquire about allowable purchases that are clearly listed as allowable, all of a sudden they are not allowable. They will also blatantly lie to you about the law and the reasons why said purchases are not allowable. The staff here is uneducated, unprofessional and cannot even put a sentence together to respond to your email. You will get two sentence, vague answers that don't make sense and forget the courtesy of any professionalism. Punctuation? Grammar? Complete sentences? Forget it. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received for something so important. When you make inquiries about staff that work there, job titles, or the process for resolving a complaint, you are given evasive and shady answers. The woman who sold me this scam mysteriously no longer works there when asked what her job title was or who is now in her position, my questions couldn't be answered. PLEASE THINK TWICE before trusting this place. I promise it will be the biggest regret of your life. I am currently working with my attorney to salvage this disaster and move my daughters funds from this untrustworthy company immediately. My Response to the companies response: this response is full of nothing but lies, excuses and dishonesty and none of the concerns in my review were addressed. There is no accountability for the shady, unprofessional and disrespectful service I have received and encountered. The response only serves as more evidence of what I wrote in my original review, shady, dishonest and unprofessional. This response would insinuate that a court or judge chose this company which is 100% false and dishonest. I chose this company, ME, who trusted the scam this company sold. A judge or court had absolutely nothing to do with this choice. I also have emails that prove everything in this response to be completely false and fabricated. No exceptions were made to anything, this is stone cold lie. Again, think twice before choosing this dishonest “non-profit” organization that in reality only cares about the fees they can collect. Instead of a resolution or any acknowledgment of wrong doing on their part, they will make up flat out lies to try to defend themselves. I’m just happy they are doing it on a public forum so they can be held accountable for their dishonesty. If you take a look at the attached allowable purchases list, they put their own foot in their mouth because both homes and vehicles are clearly listed as allowable items. “Legacy Enhancement is willing to discuss each case individually “… another lie. When discussing purchasing real estate the trust officer answered me and said minors are not allowed to purchase real estate which is another 100% lie and misrepresentation of the law. Nothing was discussed any further, no discussion of a “family” home and other fabricated details of this response were ever discussed. Why not let the fund purchase real estate that will not only secure the funds but multiply them for later in life? I’ll tell you why, because it affects how much they can collect on fees. Especially when both of these items were discussed during your sales pitch and I was assured that neither item would be an issue. Please quit acting like you care about anything other than what you can steal from someone. Worst mistake of my life. But it’s my fault for not seeing through your pretty gift- wrapped scam. Hopefully the next person will read this review and avoid making the same mistake I did."

"My daughter of african american and has weakness in her hands where she cant do her hair. She is 20 years now and wants to work and has to go through DVR due to other issues we tell legacey enhancement that she needs 25 dollars for the consultation and they tell us we can use cenmo guess what we cant, we go to black beauticians to do locks now were having trouble gettjng ant answers regarding my daughters funds so she can get out there! Horrible customer service! I will have to seek the help of an attorney if nothing is done! Period!!!!!!!"
