"Getting a GYN appointment is horrendous… Called in August to get an appt but told they did not have ANY appointments for a GYN well visit and I would be placed on a list. Was told to check the patient portal for any openings. I said I could make an appointment in the future but was told they were booked through the end of the year and they were not scheduling anything for 2024 yet.. So NO care at all"

"The staff couldn't be friendlier and the app for check-ins, reminders and test result notifications is great. I've never had a long wait at any of my appointments. The office is easy to get to with PLENTY of parking spaces. Having a lab in the same building is super convenient too."

"I had an appointment today that I had to wait 3 months out for. I was a little late because I had to find a parking space BUT still was within the 15 minute grace period and they would not see me. This was a new patient appointment. My primary care doctor referred me to this practice because she's heard good things about this ob/gyn office and I was at first looking forward to being a patient of dr merkel but first impression was not a good one. I was the only person in their office upon arrival. They didnt offer me another doctor who might've been able to see me instead they pushed my appointment out to the middle of February. I'm highly disappointed and I will find another practice. Maybe they should have took into consideration the limited amount of parking spaces. I feel like if they cancelled my appointment while I was in my grace period that doctor was just going to rush me in and out anyways. I hope the next new patient doesn't get treated the way I did."

"Looking for a new ob half way through my second pregnancy with this office, the first time with them was a little irritating, yes I was a young mom but a doctors office should still handle each patient professionally snide comments were unnecessary. After leaving all that behind i expected this time to be different. Yet here we are now with mixed and conflicting information given by different doctors and I have become some what uncomfortable enough not to ask questions when i come in for visits, which has been extremely discouraging. Also if you'd like to get to know the doctor delivery your baby, this place goes by who is on call at the time, the more doctors you see the better they say but I would like a more personal approach. if you are not having kids and not planning to the only doctors here worth seeing are Dr.Repka or Dr.Collien..."

"The office staff and medicinal assistant were wonderful. However, I had to wait for the CNP for quite some time. I don’t mind waiting but when she came in she apologized and explained the other patients had problems/concerns and it caused her to run behind. Then she proceeded to rush through our appointment (my first prenatal appointment) and was not gentle. She was rough and hurt me. I am not sure if this is how she is normally but she rushed me out of the office and even forgot to give me the ultrasound pictures/printouts. I had to ask the medical assistant to go back give them to me. Once at the desk, the very sweet and comforting receptionist asked if I was told to be seen in four weeks but the CNP never covered any of that. They had to ask the CNP again what her suggestion was, just like the medical assistant had to ask her again for the pictures. Again, the office staff and medical assistant were very nice and perhaps the actual providers or other CNP are better. Needless to say, I switched to another office."
