"The practice owner is rude and doesn’t listen. He lied and said my ovaries didn’t have cysts and my pain is from constipation. His negligence isn’t worth the visit. The office is clean though."

"This is my 2nd baby with Dr. Moore. I only visit the Largo office. The ladies at the front desk are lovely and welcoming. Sanitation is a top priority. I am in my last trimester and have not had any issues. They have listened to every complaint and gave me multiple options to resolve it. As expected, just like with my first baby, I am in good hands. Sometimes it is crowded. But what would one expect from an office that is providing service to all women with and without insurance. If I had to list a con, it's those darn waiting room chairs! So uncomfortable to sit in! But it might just be a result of me having a mini human inside me. Who knows!"

"Front desk receptionists is very unwelcoming and have nasty attitudes. Often on their phone and hold inappropriate (gossip) conversations amongst their colleagues in the office. This office is ALWAYS backed up and unorganized ! Before i left the office I had to wait an extra 15 minutes because “they forgot” to draw blood. Oh and ladies YOU are to remember yourself to leave a urine sample… trust me they won’t tell you to do so at this office. Bathrooms are disgusting tissue and urine on the floor. No proper use of professionalism or good customer service here. Very arrogant and immature receptionists. Ladies please avoid wasting your time at this doctors office. Midwife Marisa rushes every visit and doesn’t have any hospitality. Doesn’t fully explain everything just give short responses “everything is good” my questions and concerns are not being heard ! They don’t care about the patients here. I would appreciate if this office acted as if they are about their jobs and get everything organized . Handle us pregnant women/ p-p women with correct care and hospitality. Ultrasound tech was as well on her phone while I was waiting to be seen. Her response was “oh I’m sorry hold on ” and proceeded to finish her phone call. I would like to speak to Dr. Moore personally…."

"Let me specific the FRONT DESK LADY NEEDS TO GO. This location wasn’t my primary place to be seen & I had to get a 20 week scan . Now my appointment was 11:30 am and it was a miscommunication in locations for rescheduling which made me late to my original appointment In largo . 12:09 . So they claim they would be pushing me back . That was understandable. But that’s by far not the worst part . They made me and my daughter stand outside of the suit in the hallway to wait to be seen instead of in the suite. Which completely had no one in it. We had our mask as well. So what was the real reason for us to wait outside in the hallway of the suite and not the actually empty doctors office? The front desk blonde hair black girl did not treat me as a patient. Poor hospitality and no comfort was not there. She Said she won’t have me fill out paper work until I be seen . Which the protocol is to sign in and check temperature When you first arrive .Less than a week a ago I was In the ER for serve pain So it was mandatory I followed up with at least someone . I really hope that front desk lady get treated with the same lack of concern when her time comes around . Period . DISRESPECTFUL!"
