"The service now at their Greenbelt location is horrible, in regards to the front desk staff. Years ago at either location, Bowie or Greenbelt, they had better front desk medical clerks that got every detail for your upcoming appointments accurate. Nowadays, you tell them one thing via phone, and they enter something entirely different when you arrive to your appointment. They need to hire detailed-oriented staff who will make appointment visits stress-free."

"Kristin, my nurse, was extremely friendly. The phlebotomist was nice, we joked for a bit while she drew my blood. The receptionist was very nice as well. The office was full of nice, caring women, I definitely will return."
