"I have been searching and bouncing around for years now trying to find GYN home again after my very first GYN provider for over 15 years retired. I had some bad experiences during that time. I had surgery that left me bleeding for almost 2 months after and was told this should not be happening. I was giving a referrals twice a month to get lab work done but nothing else. Eventually it stopped but I was so tied everyday from loosing so much blood. Anyway finally got a good one Dr. Coats. She is very personable. I didn't have a long wait when I arrived. I love how she was ready to problem solve with me on the very first visits. The office staff is also very polite and helpful. Up to date with everything. My prescription and mammogram referral were sent off to where they needed to go. So I didn't have to carry any referrals out of the office. Prescription was ready for pick up on my way home. Everything was electronically sent. The most important part is Dr. Coats is wonderful, caring and down to earth. My first visits I was so comfortable with the staff and her."
