"Forced me into an induction I did not want and my body was not ready for. Was not medically indicated in any way. When I questioned them about it they’d completely ignore me. I ended having a horribly traumatic labor that ended in C-section. Will never use this practice again."

"This is the first time I had an appointment at the Stonebridge OB/GYN. I saw Dr. Smith-Leed. She was wonderful, very caring and listened with true interest. The wait was very short and everyone was considerate and helpful."

"I've always waited a long time after my appointment time. I've been a patient there many times. Through a pregnancy and wellness exams. My doctor retired and the other ladies... I wait a long time in the waiting room after my time. In the exam room a long time after being asked to change. A long time. They made mistakes on my bill payments. Once the doctor said we're going to run tests is that okay? The doctor checked every check box on the two lab papers. My bill with insurance was $400. Because I didn't understand what we're going to run test okay? Was what he was asking. A month later I get the bill and ask questions what exactly was tested for. They tested my tests for anything and everything and I don't understand why. How ignorant was the doctor? I had a UTI and I had my regular wellness exam. I moved and I'm glad to find a new OBGYN near me. They've sent my prescriptions where they never clarified with me where they should. The one doctor was in a damn cocktail dress and high high heel shoes. How professional is that? Lastly I was only 10 minutes late for my appointment which is my fault can't blame them. It was the construction for the new dimand intersection. There WAS nobody else in the waiting room, nobody, and they refused to see me because of a policy. Policy was more important than my sickness."

"The staff I have encountered here is wonderful! They seem to be very kind with great upbeat attitudes. My doctor, Dr. Liang was very professional and knowledgeable and he listened to what I had to say. I did have a wait, but nothing absurd."

"I had been going to dr. Bernie for years... She was an amazing doctor but she relocated... I felt comfortable speaking to her about women's issues... After that I ended up with a younger doctor who seemed very inexperienced doctor, so I switched to a woman who didn't spend any time with me she literally was typing on the computer while she's talking to me and wanted me out of there as soon as possible...it was my physical she should have been spending lots of time with me talking eye to eye and that did not happen....horrible bedside manner...I feel that they care about quantity more than quality at this point...."
