The office and examining room were very clean. Jessica, Dr. Merzouk’s assistant, was as kind and helpful as she could be. I have mobility issues and she gently helped me on and off the table. We chatted before the doctor came in and I was no longer nervous about seeing a new doctor. Within a few minutes Dr. Merzouk came in. She was very pleasant and thorough asking me appropriate questions and listening carefully to my concerns. She was very gentle and sensitive in her examination and evaluation.
