"Excellent customer service and quality of work. Sometimes when I'm dealing with a jeweler I feel silly because my I needs are so minor, like having links adjusted on a watch that I didn't buy there or having a battery changed in a beater Casio work watch that they would never be caught dead selling. No matter how busy they are and no matter how minor your issue is they will treat you like you're buying top of the line merchandise instead of being an annoyance. When it was time to buy a watch, they made me a great deal that I am 100% satisfied with. They matched the lowest price from an authorized retailer with the item in stock, fully warrantied and with all accessories. I could have bought it for $100 less on the gray market but I wanted a warranty and full packaging, no one online had the same package for less. Only gray market was cheaper and that's not my preference. Just one thing...this is not the place to go if you want it repaired yesterday. Working with these fine folks can require a bit of patience sometimes and if you don't have any you should probably go somewhere else. Jason and Erin have been terrific and I'm sure everyone else is too so you may want to check them out next time."

"I have a 24k gold ring that was my late aunt's and it was gifted to me. The prongs for the pearl needed to be tightened. I originally took it to a commercial jeweler and they wanted $400. The gentleman here fixed it for nothing and it took him 10 minutes to fix it. Amazing! He was so honest and so friendly. I've been here for a few things and they aim to please. Such incredible customer service. 10 stars!!"
