"Terrible when I got there I had to place my name on a list to be serviced only about 10 people in the store. I knew exactly what I wanted it was on the shelf but could not get serviced I asked the Manager why do I have to stand here waiting when it right there she was rude never will I go back to this store. Others are not like this ! It’s Christmas in place of a Manager taking names she should be helping customers get serviced."
"This use to be my go to Pandora. However last time I was in there (Wednesday before Thanksgiving) not one employee helped me. There were plenty there and only one other customer in the store. I tried approaching a few and they just dismissed me. Won't be back to this location."

"Jax is absolutely amazing. So personal and friendly! 10/10 service. Picked out a perfect piece for me. The interaction we had, I would of thought I’ve known her for years. Super clean store as well! Very impressed overall. And not to forget she was training a new employee ( wish I had the name :( !!!)while assisting me… wow the way I seen her train this employee was awesome. Making sure employee understood everything. The employee interacted with me as well, instead of not saying a word like most new people would. Both the employees their were awesome. Thanks again!!!!"
