"I am so happy with the work I had done at Ulman’s! When my Nanna passed, I was gifted her wedding ring. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit, and wasn’t a ring that I could wear daily. Ulman’s helped me to create a custom piece out of it that I absolutely love! They really made sure that it was perfect, and even changed some things without an extra charge. You can tell that they really care that their customers are happy! I really appreciated the kindness of the staff, they communicated my ideas with the jeweler perfectly!"

"We cannot recommend Ulman’s Jewelry enough! After having a terrible experience at a big box jewelry store and Ulman’s Jewelry coming highly recommended, Ulman’s was very welcoming and extremely educational. The staff who assisted us were very friendly and took their time, letting us see each and every piece we were interested in, describing the elements that made up the jewelry including “pro’s and con’s” of various settings and stones. We felt very supported by the staff and that we were not being forced into anything - the staff does not work off of commissions. Mr. Ulman himself spoke to us several times, reviewing our center stone options and gave his professional opinion on what would look the best. We love supporting a local business and were VERY impressed with the service and knowledge! PS. you can leave your “wish list” with them and your S.O. doesn’t have to do a ton of guessing on what you like!"

"Extremely frustrated with Ulman’s. I was quoted for a necklace at 21$ which was actually double the price. My father kindly went to go pick up the necklace and the bill was much higher 70$ (ish). I should’ve told them clip the necklace I’m done. Just overall; extremely frustrating. The customer service was okay; but kinda had the feeling they thought I made the mistake..I surely did not. They had me drive there to rectify the situation. They fixed it sure; but it was their fault and the customer is always right. They said ‘we’ve been in this business for 90 odd years’…well that’s not how you treat customers. You take the high road and expect repeat customer instead of wasting their time. I should’ve said something to the owner; but decided to take the high road. Ultimately; I will just find another Jewelry store and stop recommending them. Not about the price; it’s about time wasting and making me feel like I MADE the mistake…they did. I own a business and that’s not how I treat my customers ever under any circumstance. "I’ve been going to Ulman’s for almost thirty years. Most of my jewelry gifts for graduation have been bought there as well as other important events. I also go there for jewelry repair and browse for ideas for gifts. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable and they open early so parking is always available."
