"I was at the Chesapeake Convention center today and was able to ask Todd about a weather vane I had recently purchased. He was very attentive and tuned into what I was asking even though there was a line behind me. He gave me the information I needed despite not seeing the vane in person. I had a poor picture, but he was still able to make out the details that I wanted to hear. He assured me I had made a wise purchase and the best way to take care of it. I was watching him interact with other people while waiting and he gave them the same care and attention that he gave to me. It showed he enjoyed talking and helping people.
