"I was there when they first opened and had a great experience with the lady that was there by that time and she even helped me pick couple earrings and necklace for my event but yesterday I came in with my mom and my daughter and when we walked in the store this person didn’t even greet us, it was only us in the store and the whole time we were there she never even made eye contact with us .. finally when I had to pay .. she saw I was pulling cash and she said that she didn’t have any coins to give back but I said it’s fine.. her thanks was the most forced thanks I’ve ever heard in my life !"
