"Terrible customer service, they lost part of my watch and blamed me for it. I just went to get my battery changed and they put the back of the watch on incorrectly and tried to tell me that it was correct. Now the back of the watch just continues to spin around. The girl who was helping me had an attitude the entire time. She was mostly on her phone and when she spoke to me she did so in a condescending manner. Don’t go here!"
"I brought my watch here to have a link removed from the bracelet. The worker used Invicta tools on my Citizen watch (which they are supposed to be an authorized dealer for) and ended up heavily damaging the links. When they put it back together they left the tube off of the pin and it fell out. Now i have to send it to Citizen for warranty repairs."
"I am very disappointed in my first and last experience with this place. I bought my wife some $3000 earrings for Christmas and she didn’t want them because she felt they were too expensive so I tried to return them four days later. An employee inspected them and said it was policy that she couldn’t take them back. I put them in my safe and then the finance company called and said to take them back to Ruby and they would take them back. When I went back, Ruby opened the box and now mysteriously they are damaged. The box had never been opened after the Ruby employee inspected them. The diamond was sitting right in the box. Something funny is going on with this place. So of course now I’m stuck with this cheap jewelry. Very unhappy but they will wish they picked someone else to play with."
