"I just called them and the lady was pretty rude to me.. she didn’t even want to give me any information, just said they’re full right now. Zero patience zero customer service skills. Edit: 3 months later…I just did a tour at this daycare not knowing it was the one I had this problem with and Ms Sweeney was beyond nice, showed me the facility, answered to all my questions with all the patience and now I’m on the waitlist to get my daughter in. Im glad I gave them a second chance even without knowing I was doing it!"
