"TERRIBLE. Went there to get the THE CLASP for my wife's necklace fixed, and they MELTED THE CLASP TO THE CHAIN! It was such a simple repair, just replace the clasp, I couldn't even believe it. They COMPLETELY RUINED the necklace, and what did he say when I told him he broke the necklace? "YOU SHOULD BUY HER A BIGGER NECKLACE." It's a trash store, avoid at all costs."
