Kaufmann inspected the ring and noted that the prongs were not laying flat on the diamond as they should be and showed me exactly what the issue was. They were very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions and concerns. They fixed the prongs for an extremely reasonable price. It has now been six months of snag free wear!
