"Very Poor customer service and the lady was rude as she was thinking I have never worn any bracelets in my life. Also these people just give the random price to fool you. I went there to exchange my old gold jewelry due to out of style. She was acting like my dad….don’t sell these etc. On top of that she let me exchange the jewelry without knowing the exact gold jewelry price. And she frequently changed the price of one necklace set."
"we got one gold chain and we just used for 1 time and the round huck got broken, when we went and showed them they said they will replace with S huck and they said they will call within 3-4 days once it is ready. They never called us, we waited for 1 week and went. The lady do not have any idea about our chain, she just called her owner and said you need to pay extra $75 when the wait is same after replacing the S huck also. Very poor service and would not recommend anyone to go to this jewelers. Sales people do not have any idea of selling any items there. Very bad customer service. Please dont go to this place."
