"Customer service was great at the beginning. I purchased a bracelet for my baby. I was told 3-4 days for the engraving. This was March 10th 2020. Today is March 19th 2020. I called on day four no bracelet. I called again yesterday I was told they had to call the jeweler and I would get a call back So I NEVER received a call back and of course the stores are closed because the government shut things down. So now I have no clue when I will get my baby bracelet. This is very disheartening. And the sad part is I had to do all the reaching out. NEVER buy from you guys again."
